How to Get Started
To begin using Arbor, your child's school must first enable your access. Once they do, you can access the system on your computer or phone:
- The Welcome Email: Look for a welcome email from your child's school containing a unique login link.
- Set a Password: Click the link in the email to visit the Arbor Portal and create your password.
- Get the App: After creating your account, search for the Arbor Parent App in the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Log In: Open the app or web portal and log in using the email registered with your school and your newly created password.
Key Features to Explore
Arbor provides a personalized Dashboard where you can see live information at a glance. Key features include:
- Student Profile: View and update your child's personal and medical information, and check that emergency contact details are correct.
- Attendance & Reports: Check live attendance statistics, track behavioral points, and view past and current report cards.
- Payments & Bookings: Conveniently top up balances for school meals, pay for trips or clubs, and book time slots for parents' evenings.
- Communications: Receive instant in-app messages and notifications directly from the school staff.
If you are a parent for multiple children, you can easily switch between their profiles in the top-left corner of your dashboard or via the profile menu in the app.
