The Learning Tree Nursery

Welcome to The Learning Tree Nursery

We are based within Stoneydelph Primary School and form part of the school’s Foundation Stage, working closely with Reception. The Learning Tree offers children an exciting, well-resourced and secure place to play, learn and when needed, rest.

We offer morning, afternoon and all day places to two, three and four year old children in our nursery. Children aged 2-3 will be in Caterpillars Class and 3-4 year old children will be in Butterflies Class. Due to the learning structure of the day children in Butterflies class will need to take their funded sessions either every morning or every afternoon. If you require full days, lunchtimes and extra sessions can be added which will need to be paid for, this is depending on availability, please see Mrs Sadler for more information.
We accept government funding (THINK2 and 30 hours included) in addition to paid places; see prices below.

We encourage children to develop a love for learning and curiosity of the world around them. The learning is tailored to the needs and interests of the children and helps them become independent, confident learners. We also like to have open communication with our parents and try to encourage them to be part of the children's learning journeys.
