For our Christmas celebrations, KS2 performed a traditional carol concert in which they learnt several songs in BSL. One particularly impactful song was Silent Night in which they completed the third verse comprising only of BSL. It brought several tears to the audience in each performance.

We are a 'deaf aware' school. We try hard to use sign language to support our deaf pupils and understand how to support young people and adults with hearing impairments in the local community.
