At Stoneydelph Primary school, we understand the importance of children being able to share their opinions and ideas.
In the Autumn Term, each class from Year 1 to Year 6 nominates a person to be their class representative.
Each councillor has to ensure that the views of all of the children in their class are heard. They work hard to find ways of collecting the ideas and suggestions of the rest of the school by having:
a notebook to record the views of others
Our school council is led by Miss Fox. We meet once every two weeks to talk about any issues that have been raised by the children in our class. We are always working alongside Staffordshire Stars to encourage safer travel to school.

This week, the whole school have been learning about how to be safe on the Internet. We took it in turns to take pictures of one another and spoke how we would feel if they were shared on social media!
The children were told again that they were going to be photographed, but this time they could pull a funny face or a pose.
